AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, a 297-key luxury hotel with 85,000 square feet of meeting and event space, engaged Say My Name to position the property for success in anticipation of a post-pandemic hospitality rebound.
Offering expertise with both restaurant PR and hotel marketing, the agency successfully re-opened the property’s fine dining concept after it had been closed for two years due to the pandemic, and raised the property’s profile with the travel trade and MICE media in advance of the inevitable return to in-person meetings.
Dinner and bar service at The Carillon, the fine dining concept at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center and a gathering spot for the capital city’s decision-makers, thought leaders and tastemakers, resumed in the Fall of 2022 after a two-year hiatus during the pandemic. We relaunched Happy Hour and dinner service with a series of media and influencer dines, and continue to promote the restaurant and its special event programming with ongoing earned media outreach and targeted social media campaigns to drive awareness of and traffic to the restaurant.
Since service has resumed, we’ve secured hundreds of thousands of media impressions and extensive influencer reach.
